Samantha “Sam” Cole is a North Carolina real estate broker, business owner, and community leader whose career is rooted in service, education, and a deep belief in the power of homeownership. Since beginning her real estate journey in 2015, Sam has built a reputation for integrity, thoughtful leadership, and a hands-on approach that puts people first.

Sam is the owner of La Belle Vie Realty, a full-service firm that seamlessly integrates residential sales and property management under one umbrella. With a background that includes serving as Broker-in-Charge and leading high-performing teams, Sam brings a rare blend of strategic vision and practical, day-to-day expertise. She works closely with buyers, sellers, investors, property owners, and tenants—always focused on protecting investments while creating positive, long-term outcomes.

Real estate is more than a career for Sam—it’s personal. Growing up, she saw firsthand how access to the right guidance and resources can change the trajectory of a family’s life. That experience continues to fuel her passion for advocacy, education, and mentorship, both within her business and across the REALTOR® community. Sam is a graduate of the William C. Bass Leadership Academy and has served in multiple leadership roles at the local, regional, and state levels, helping shape the future of the industry she loves.

Family and community are at the heart of everything Sam does. A proud wife and mother, she believes strongly in building businesses that support not just financial success, but meaningful lives. She is deeply involved in community initiatives, nonprofit work, and programs that support housing stability, veterans, and local families. Whether mentoring new agents, volunteering her time, or cheering on the next generation, Sam leads with both purpose and heart.

Known for her authenticity, work ethic, and unwavering optimism, Sam often says that real estate isn’t about houses—it’s about people, possibilities, and building something lasting. Through La Belle Vie Realty, she and her team are committed to serving with excellence, having fun along the way, and leaving every client and community better than they found it.
