Kallie Holland
Realtor
Having grown up as a "military brat" and living in five different states during my childhood, I understand deeply that moving is more than just packing boxes—it’s about finding a place that truly feels like home. That personal experience is the foundation of my work here at La Belle Vie Realty. I graduated from Appalachian State University in May 2025 with a BSBA in Marketing and a concentration in Sales. Since then, I have channeled my passion for business into the local community by taking over and rebranding my family’s business, Kallie Kart Rentals. As a proud member of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce, I love helping visitors explore Pinehurst in a stress-free, enjoyable way.
Now, as a licensed Real Estate Agent, I apply that same dedication to all my clients. Whether I am assisting our Property Management team with inspections, marketing a home for sale, or guiding buyers to their perfect property, I am committed to building authentic connections and delivering results. I look forward to helping you navigate your next move with confidence!
